I can always depend on you for inspiration. I’m left wondering how you do what you do, but the most important thing is that you do it, and I get to see it. Thank you.
I’ve been playing with long exposures, light, and camera movement. It’s all a bit sloppy and experimental. I like the idea of holding several moments and minute perspectives in a single photograph – some of them are very unsuccessful!
It’s perfect, just what I needed to see tonight!
These low light, dreamy , slow-shutter exposures are always so to my liking and ‘speak’ to my soul.
Beautiful work Karen … Mesmerising.
It feels like winter is just around the bend. Gorgeous.
The ambiguity of the shapes and colors is wonderful. A beautiful photograph.
Lovely photograph, Karen. The muted colors and variety of botanical forms and textures come together in a beautiful image.

Thanks for your nice comment, Lynn.

I’ve done enough intentional camera movement to know that many experiments don’t work. But when yours do, they’re heaven!
It’s always a treat to see your work, dear Karen. x
