Oh my! These are such an inspiration.
As for humouring some things that vie for attention, I am weak in that department. Very weak. And I am so pleased you return to these guys.
Any chance we might see some more wrapped trees this year? I can’t get those images out of my head.
Simon, I actually did print these up (not too big yet) on a watercolour paper. The black is rather velvety. I think it would be interesting to see them printed bigger. I may do that.
Thank you.
I think you yourself is getting more relaxed and found a time to play with 😀
Yes, a little playfulness is good, Yoshizen!
Thank you. 🙂
I love the first image particularly Karen. So delicate, so beautiful.
Thank you, Adrian. The delicacy of change.
These are stunning, Karen!
Thank you, Marija! Transformations…
Perfect. I really like the mystery in both pieces. The second is my favorite. Lovely work.
Much thanks for your comment, Walter.

Bonsoir NéO,
Merci beaucoup pour vos belle pensée. =)

No other medium could record something that’s almost not there at all like this. Giacometti would have loved these. Great photographs, Karen.
Oh, I love the work of Giacometti; all those beautifully elongated forms. Thank you, Richard. That’s quite a compliment!
tenderly mysterious!
They have a life of their own… thanks, Mimo!
So magical. You have the gift of capturing so much more than just an object.
Thanks so very much, Marcus.

Maybe, I’ll be on the look out for some, but I imagine the same ones won’t be wrapped this year.
Lovely images…I can really see the top one very large and hanging on a wall, preferably MY wall! (I agree with ehpem, wrapped trees!!)
Ha! Thank you very much! =)
Subtle, mysterious and spiritual.
I like your descriptive words. Thank you.
I’d say you aren’t humoring but honoring. You are amazing.
Thanks so much much, Elena! I think you’re amazing!
I find your images so meditative Karen.
Thank you, Marina. That means a lot to me. =)
Keep doing whatever you’re doing. Don’t see myself getting tired of these anytime soon..

You achieve something close to 3d – i find my eye wandering into and out of the various planes in the image. Your posts are always a treat 🙂
An interesting observation, Alessandro. Thank you, much appreciated!
So wonderfully graceful and delicate. There is such lovely and elegant movement in these images.
