yes, i know the feeling all too well. I need to overcome the recent inertia.
Really like the movement in these images; feel the breeze and the moisture in the air. As always your color pallet is perfectly suited to the emotion in them. The subtle triangular compositional elements in the top image are wonderful too.
I love the rain.
Me too, Ashley. Especially the sort of rain that doesn’t overstay its welcome and just hangs around long enough to settle everything down…

. . . to wash the air, the plants, the buildings. 🙂
I love how grass looks and smells in the spring/summer time. These photos make me feel peaceful : )
Rain can be so delectable, can’t it. It makes me feel peaceful too, thanks for your comment, Nareen. : )
I love your work. Each piece is so inspiring and calming. Simply sublime and beautiful.
Thank you, Kara, that’s so nice to hear! I haven’t been feeling very inspired lately myself – too much busy-ness, I guess…

Thanks for your thoughtful comments, Nick. Much appreciated.
Aah…your images convey the peacefulness of a soft rain. The delicate grasses in the last are captivating, Karen. They are moving…
Hi Jane, there is something about a warm (almost) summer rain that is so lovely. I’m glad you find that within the images, thank you.

A most unusual portrayal of rain..Love it.
Lovely images as ever Karen, capturing the mood perfectly! 🙂
Three paintings beautifully rendered:)
These are like those pastel drawings I always wished I could make. Simple, lyrical, moving.
Magical! And I love the rain too. Always made me feel protected and safe inside its silver curtain. 🙂
ahhh, it’s like the world breathing
I can hear it, and feel it. Very good work, Karen.
Oh I like these a lot, Karen, these are images very much after my own heart, very much as I often see things – they’re very well done. Adrian
